How to refer a new driver

You can share your invite code with friends interested in driving with Uber. Prior to entering a friend’s contact information, please make sure you have their consent to be contacted by Uber. Let friends know you would like to refer them and get permission to share their email or mobile number with Uber. When friends give you consent, they’re agreeing to receive an email or SMS message from Uber that invites them to partner with us.

In order for you to receive a referral reward, friends you refer must sign up via this link and complete the required number of trips. Please note that the specific requirements necessary to get a referral reward and referral amounts are subject to change and vary by city. Driver-partners who already have an Uber account cannot be referred.

Here’s how to refer a new driver:
1. Sign in at partners.uber.com and select Invites from the menu.
2. Add contact info for friends who have consented to be contacted by Uber.
3. They’ll receive an invitation to learn more about partnering with us.

You can also invite friends with your app. Select the Earnings tab and tap Invite Friends Now to add contact info and send an invite. The Uber app may request access to your contacts or address book. Friends you invite receive an invitation with a link to sign up. You can also share your invite code with friends if they’d prefer to manually enter it on the signup page.
